Agreement

By using acetuc.com or contacting Advanced Collision Experts of Tucson ("ACE Tucson," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

ACE Tucson provides property damage claim advocacy, estimate and supplement review, and placement of vehicles with independent collision repair shops in our network. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not handle personal injury claims.

Repairs are performed by independent shops. Each shop is responsible for its own workmanship and warranties.

Free Estimates

Estimates submitted through the site are preliminary and based on the information and photos you provide. Final repair costs and insurance outcomes depend on in-person inspection and your insurer's decisions. We do not guarantee any claim result.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from ACE Tucson about your estimate, claim, appointments and repair status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.

Client Portal

The client portal is provided by our partner platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Limitation of Liability
